Very happy with Instapaper but will try the free version one day to see if the added sharing options are worth the switch. I wouldn't use the fullscreen view but delicious bookmarking within the app would be nice - right now I'm opening the article in Safari then using a delicious bookmarklet which launches the unofficial Bookmarks app. Crazy, I know, but it works :) I've come across Read It Later before.
