		<description>Txs for adding my message to your post. It would be interesting to see the Zappos transformation. At my previous job, management did 40 acquisitions in 40 months, from  friendly to several that had a poison pills &amp; management had to go to court. Bottom line was that management was able to integrate the different cultures. It can be done.</description>
